This was a series under the label of Image and Text. I decided to deal with my graphic design self too. I chose the model, Steph, specifically because she is really comfortable with her body. And I wanted to cover up ridiculus parts of her body due to my concept. Whenever someone is self conscious of something, everyone else thinks its ridiculus of them. But to that person, it is completely real. Then as women we turn to the covers of Cosmo or Teen Girl or whatever and feel even worse. Ha. We need to deal with these puny self conscious things, but yet again... these are completely real. I asked people around me what they didn't like about themselves and this is what I got.

(Technique: Images were taken with my 35mm, and developed traditionally in the darkroom. Then I took the prints and scanned them and added the text using Photoshop)
